Mình đang dịch hợp đồng xây dựng. Có đoạn này không hiểu được, bạn nào giúp mình với: TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS :"Title to the Plant in condition acceptable to Owner íorming part of the Work shall pass to Owner at the time of complete and íull arrival at the Site, except where othenvise agreed by the Parties, or upon storage away from the Site as provided hereunder.
