Review and endorsement by Hyatt was completed in March 2018 and our payment request submission was made in early April 2018. Yet until today, the remittance is not released and it is putting us under payment pressure to related sub-consultant. No response or any notice was given to PSA that the ownership approval is on hold until our recent follow up again last month. We sincerely ask the ownership to understand, the mockup design direction was presented since last year. Material palette and detailing direction were well discussed beforehand the mockup documentation commencement. As such, the delay of the mockup room costing process cannot give any reasonable grounds to hold up the ID service fees. As for the balance FOH schematic design, both PSA’s and its sub-consultant’s schematic design deliverables were submitted and revised per received comments in March and April 2018 respectively. All given comments from operator and ownership had been well incorporated in our latest submission. Associated material boards and presentation booklets were also submitted by courier service to the Project Manager’s office officially which had been confirmed receipt in May 2018. PSA therefore request now for the balance schematic design payment and we sincerely hope we can grant the ownership’s perusal at the earliest. The FOH schematic design development had been a transparent process that all key project stalk holders were well informed. The budget issues therefore should have been the perimeters planned ahead of the design commencement and any late discussion and concerns cannot be accepted as becoming of the responsibilities of ID consultantsVì hơi dài và mình cũng không vững từ vựng theo văn phong văn phòng nên không được tự tin.
