"13. EXPEDITING
The Works, including all warranty work, shall be subject to expediting by the Owner. The Owner’s representatives shall be afforded free access during working hours, with fifteen (15) days advance notice in writing, to the Contractor’s factory (-ies), and the Contractor agrees to use all reasonable endeavors to procure a similar right for the Owner, for expediting purposes with respect to the Contractor’s suppliers.
